Cancellation Policy

No deposit or payment is refundable unless we are able to re-let the apartment for the dates you booked. If we are unable to re-let the apartment for this period, we reserve the right to retain 100% of your payment. In the event of cancellation, 60 days before your arrival, no refunding will be granted. We will not be held responsible for cancellations for WHATEVER REASON. Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.
